• 2–3 MONTH ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME. Pre-order pins may take approximately 2–3 months to complete. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
• PLEASE DO NOT BUY WITH IN-HAND ORDERS. Pre-order items will ship separately once they are completed. If you purchase a pre-order together with an in-hand pin, your entire order may be held until the pre-order is ready.
• PURCHASE = COMMITMENT. Once you place your order, you are committing to the purchase. Please think carefully before buying and make sure you are comfortable with the estimated production time.
• DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE. Production may take longer than estimated due to manufacturer production schedules, enamel or metal quality issues, revisions, shipping delays, customs, supply shortages, quality-control checks, or the need to remake/rework pins that do not meet the expected standard.
• HANDMADE & HAND-FINISHED. Each pin is individually inspected and may have minor variations or imperfections. Small differences in enamel fill, plating, coloring, texture, or other finishing details can occur and are part of the nature of handmade/artist-produced pins.
